HOW DOES THE COURSE RUN?

The core modules will be pre recorded as videos for you to watch each week in your own time to fit in with when you have time to fully relax and be present. From running the course live on the first round and speaking to the ladies we all agreed this was more beneficial for them than doing it all live. You can pause the videos as you need to, and watch them over again as you go through each week. This is really helpful to be able to relisten to and spend more time on the parts you need to and do the conscious healing tasks along with the video in your own time.

 

As an estimate you may spend around 1-1.5 hrs a week on watching the recordings and doing the healing tasks but this is all unique to you and will vary each week.

 

 We will also meet each week for an hour live on zoom to ask me questions and get help, support and coaching through the journey (these calls are also all recorded so if you miss them you don't need to worry as you can watch them back and always ask questions and get support)

 

The course will we include 2 beautiful HeartHealing™️ journeys, lots of conscious healing tasks, so much wisdom, love and support.

You will be part of a private closed group just for the wonderful ladies all on the same journey. You can feel supported and uplifted by likeminded women.
