Aurora is committed to protecting your personal data and only takes and holds relevant and necessary data

What data does Aurora collect and when?

​Aurora collects data when you book an appointment, fill out a pre treatment consultation form, make an enquiry or subscribe to the newsletter. 

We will use this data for the purposes of registering you as a new client, providing you services to you, managing payments, managing our relationship, sending you details of Auroras services, sending newsletters (if subscribed) or if we need to comply with a legal obligation.​

Aurora will not share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.  

 

Disclosure of your personal data 

We may have to share your personal data with HMRC and other regulatory authorities. We require all of these third parties to whom we transfer your data to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. They are only allowed to process your personal data on our instructions.

Data retention 

Aurora only holds your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it. We may retain your data to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements so for example we need to keep certain information about you for 7 years after you cease to be a client for tax purposes. 

You have the right to ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you in certain circumstances and can ask to view what personal data Aurora holds for you.
